We recently were approved as Foster Parents :) It took us a little over 12 Months from lodging our application to our approval.
We have had a 13 month old baby girl for the past three weeks and a 5 year old boy for the last week. So life has been busy in our house with 6 Kids, never is there a dull moment :) Already i feel that it is one of the best things i have ever done, having kids myself of course coming first but fostering definitely second.
I hope its the start of a long time of fostering :)

That's great news Khris! We've missed you in the newbie quilters, make sure you pop by when you get a free moment (which I assume would be few and far between with 6 little ones ;)
